Today is our third day in the lab this week. By the end of class, you should be done your rough draft & your persuasion map. You will need BOTH items tomorrow as we will be peer reviewing in class. if you do not bring your rough draft AND your persuasion map tomorrow, you will have to rewrite both assignments from memory while your peers engage in writing circles & conferences with Miss Livezey.
I'll make it clear: if you do not bring your rough draft & persuasion map to class tomorrow, you will rewrite everything from memory in class. DON'T DO THAT TO YOURSELF!
Your rough draft should be formatted as follows:
- 5 paragraphs. This is very easy -- just plug your information from your persuasion map into your rough draft & add some supporting information, personality, & STYLE! You can't just copy & paste!
- Format: Times New Roman font, 12 pt, DOUBLE SPACED body with a SINGLE SPACED header! If you need help, as Miss Livezey! Your header should be on the left side of the page & look like this (minus the bullet points):
- Your Name
- Miss Livezey
- English 9
- 19 November 2014
- You must include an interesting title before the start of your body. This title should not be bolded, underlined, or italicized.
If you have questions, ASK! But you better make sure that you've read all of the directions first ... don't make me turn into the Unhelpful High School Teacher meme.
