Your 5 paragraph rough draft is due TODAY. It must be saved & printed by 10:20 for first block & 11:55 for second block. No exceptions!
The format should be as follows:
- minimum 5 paragraphs/ACES format
- minimum 3 pieces of supporting evidence
- double spaced Times New Roman 12 pt font
- interesting title that is not underlined, bold, italics, or anything special -- keep it centered in the middle of your page
- MLA heading -- on the left side of your page
- all quotes from sources in quotation marks WITH the source cited!
Please be aware: if you copy & paste without citing a source, that is PLAGIARISM. If you plagiarize, you will receive a 0 & a referral, along with a parent phone call. Every single one of my students is capable of completing this paper so please do not insult my intelligence or your intelligence by stealing someone else's work -- I will find out, trust me.

- P1: Introduction with a clear, solid thesis. Not sure what a thesis is? You have the notes in your notebook! Don't ask me -- research it by looking in your notes or GOOGLE it!
- P2: First piece of evidence with explanation.
- P3: Second piece of evidence with explanation.
- P4: Third piece of evidence with explanation.
- P5: Conclusion: restate your thesis & include any closing thoughts.
