English 10 Claim Account

We are in the lab for a very specific purpose today: to claim your NCEdCloud account and to take the practice test before our Pre-Assessment tomorrow.  I need you to fulfill the duties outlined below -- keep in mind that you are representing yourself as well as me today; be sure to show everyone how awesome we are.

If you have a question, please raise your hand and be patient.

1. Please go to this website and click the green Claim My Account button.
2. Click the other green Claim My Account button.
3. Click the gray Claim My Account button.
4. Under the Choose Account option, select LEA Student Claim Policy.
5. Enter your Student UID number (your lunch number).
6. Enter your correct grade level.
7. Enter your birthday formatted like YYYYMMDD (if you were born on January 15, 1996, your format would be 19960115).
8. Enter the LEA Charter Code 410.
9. Check the I am not a robot box and if necessary, select the required pictures.
10. Your password will start with a capital "A," end with a lowercase "a," and include your birthday -- it should be in the following format: AYYYYMMDDa -- so for example, A19960115a
11. Answer ONLY 5 of the security questions in case you forget your password.
12. Click submit.
13. You'll receive a message stating that you have successfully claimed your account.
14. Go back to this page and log in.  Username: your lunch number.  Password: AYYYYMMDDa.

You will now take a practice test so you can see the testing setup.

Please be mindful of the helpers in the lab and do what they ask you to do.
